Nick’s success has come a long way as he had to juggle between academic studies and working part-time to support himself while he was a student. His less fortunate family background has motivated him to work hard. When the going gets tough, he adopts his younger days’ uniform group leaders’ qualities such as staying focused and strong perseverance to help him achieve his goals.
Nick amazes people with his sharp business acumen and go-getter attitude. He is a strong believer in life-long learning, and he prioritizes upgrading courses top on his personal expenses book. He earned his PhD in Educational Management and Leadership in 2016.
Learning from his experience of a business failure and near bankruptcy, Nick went on to start his second and third businesses which has since flourished and even has presences in Singapore into Malaysia, Indonesia, China, and Taiwan. He was awarded with “TOP 10 Young Entrepreneurs In Singapore” in 2014.

In his core profession, Peter manages a team of financial planners and advises corporate and individual clients on insurance, investment and risk management solutions. He is a frequent speaker at financial seminars and conferences on topics of Investment Technical Analysis, Fintech Innovations, Blockchain and Cryptocurrencies. Between 2017-2019, Peter served as the Co-Head of Digital Currency Subcommittee of Singapore Cryptocurrency and Blockchain Industry Association (ACCESS), piloting several consumer-centric outreach initiatives to promote greater awareness of the benefits of cryptocurrencies, understanding their potential risks, and advocating safe and responsible use of cryptocurrencies. He was invited as platform speaker at various public seminars organised by financial and educational institutions, including Association of Financial Advisers Singapore, Singapore Stock Exchange (SGX), DBS Innovation Group, CFA Singapore, ACCA Singapore, and Nanyang Technological University (NTU).

Clement Tee brings with him three decades of Financial Services experience. Most recently as Head of Wealth Distribution and Private Wealth. He held the responsibilities in strategic planning, sales and operations management and spearheaded strategic partnership. Led the bank growth and Ultra-high net worth individuals including business owners’ wealth to greater heights. Previously Clement spent 11 years with OCBC Bank and last held the role of Cluster Manager managing the Private Client-Family Office, Premier Private Client, Premier and Personal Banking. He pioneered the Premier Private Client set up, gained recognition with a strong turnaround as a top achiever for individuals and teams with customer satisfaction. Clement began his career as a Foreign Exchange Broker and rose to head the Regional Currency Desk. He joined the banking industry in 2002 where he progressed to leadership roles such as Branch Manager, Mortgage Mobile Team Head, Cluster Manager and subsequently to Head of Wealth Distribution and Private Wealth in local and foreign banks. His expertise is founded on implementing strategy processes, developing a value proposition, business partner collaboration and grooming outstanding employees. He is passionate about the future of emerging technology and life sciences megatrends.
