Over the past 12 years, he has touched the lives of countless business owners, leaders and professionals from across different parts of the globe, including places like China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia and the US.

Yet it all began for Jacky in the least expected way. An introvert by nature, he used to see himself as an underdog who lacked the "gift of gab" necessary to succeed in sales and leadership. But thanks to the guidance that he received from many mentors and coaches whom he met along the way, he was finally able to overcome his challenges and found his own success.
